Edgewood’s Student Ministry is a great place to meet and experience God. Our desire is:


“To see young people changed by the message and person of Jesus Christ.”


    We pursue this through:

  1. BulletMentoring students to personally encounter Christ.

  2. BulletAddressing, Biblically, the issues they face.

  3. BulletCoaching/encouragement in dealing with issues.

  4. BulletModeling Christ-likeness in our lives as leaders.

  5. BulletTraining students to share Jesus with their peers.



    Our ministries include:

  1. BulletFrontline (7th - 8th grades)

  2. BulletIntouch (9th - 12th grades)



    Sunday Morning :

        Upward Bound Sunday School meet at 9:30 AM.

            Frontline - Room 36

            Intouch - Room 41



    Tuesday Evening (ZERA):

        Frontline & Intouch meet from 7:00 - 8:30 PM.



We’d love to have you visit us soon!

We have events and activities for each age group on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.  We encourage our young people to be involved in some sort of service opportunity in the youth ministry or the church.  These opportunities include Cross Cultural Mission Trips, Community Service, Music Ministry Team, Drama and Puppets for Children’s Ministry, and other areas of service.

TUESDAY NIGHT MINISTRY

GRADES 7-12  7:00 - 8:30PM


ZERA Means “seed” in Hebrew. We call our Tuesday Night Ministry ZERA because we desire to plant, water, and nurture SEEDS of the Gospel in the lives of young people. Our hope is that on Tuesday Nights students will attend and bring their friends and they will experience three Truths when they are here. We pursue showing them that they are LOVED, VALUABLE, and NOT ALONE. These three truths are often something that students do not hear from adults and we strive to plant, water, and Nurture the SEEDS (ZERA) of Love, Worth, and Camaraderie, Community, and Brotherhood. Pray that as we seed the lives of these students that God would shine His light in their lives so that they would Love and Serve Him with their lives for the rest of their lives!!!!
